Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The FSCS may pay compensation if your provider is unable to meet its financial obligations. The maximum levels of compensation are as follows:-
- Deposits: £85,000 per person per firm;
- Investments: £85,000 per person per firm;
- Home Finance (e.g. mortgage advice and arranging): £85,000 per person per firm;
- Insurance Business: 90% of the claim with no upper limit. Compulsory insurance is protected in full; and
- General insurance advice and arranging: 90% of the claim with no upper limit. Compulsory insurance is protected in full.
